We’re seeking a Training Supervisor to lead onboarding and provide ongoing coaching for our service coordinators. The focus of this role is helping coordinators learn the ropes, keep things consistent, and handle client needs with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead onboarding sessions for new service coordinators
• ā Provide clear training on workflows, documentation, and compliance
• ā Coach on effective client communication and handling escalations
• ā Maintain consistency and accuracy across all tasks and processes
