Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staff management
Provide exceptional customer service and share your wine & spirits knowledge with customers
Train and motivate a small team to meet sales goals and deliver a top-tier shopping experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
Work closely with vendors and keep up with industry trends and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
Previous retail management experience
Strong wine and spirits knowledge
Excellent people skills – approachable, professional, and a strong team leader
Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
