Job Overview:
In collaboration with the executive team and investment committee, you will be
responsible for leading our equity requirements & strategy.
Your primary responsibility will be to raise equity from institutional investors
such as pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, ultra-high net worth
family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity funds of funds. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record that clearly demonstrates
successfully raising equity from these diverse sources.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute SimpleCiti's equity capital fundraising strategy with a
strong emphasis on your current relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices,
sovereign wealth funds, and REO sources to raise equity for SimpleCiti's real
estate investments.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to communicate
SimpleCiti's value proposition and attract potential investors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity fundraising for commercial real estate investments. Past experience in a REIT or Real Estate Private Equity a Plus.
• Proven track record of successfully raising equity from institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and REO sources.
• Strong network and established relationships with key equity capital sources.
