We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader to build and manage our local caregiver recruitment operation and help grow our presence in the region.
🛠 Role Highlights:
• Spend ~80% of time in-office, with travel as needed (conferences, county meetings, etc.)
• Build and manage a caregiver recruitment team (office + field recruiters)
• Oversee full hiring cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, training, and managing recruiters
• Manage day-to-day office operations – set up, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth workflows
• Lead business development efforts – network locally, attend events, build strong relationships with referral sources
