As a key advocate, you will:

• Represent clients in administrative hearings and due process cases
• Collaborate with educators and professionals to shape effective IEPs
• Conduct legal research and prepare case documents
• Empower families by protecting and advancing their rights

What We’re Looking For: Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in NY Experience in special education law (preferred) Strong advocacy, communication, and problem-solving skills Dedication to social justice and disability rights
