What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5–10 Service Coordinators
- Run meaningful 1:1s that develop performance, confidence, and accountability
- Oversee timely patient outreach and clean, accurate documentation
- Monitor patient retention, step in on escalations, and solve problems before they grow
- Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and patient experienceWhat we’re looking for:
- A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized, calm under pressure, and great at juggling moving parts
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and cares deeply about details
