The Patient Liason is the account manager who strengthens our relationships with existing clients, winning back former clients, and preventing service disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:- Re-engage and win back former clients who have discontinued services- Build trust with families over the phone through excellent communication and follow-up- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met quickly and thoroughly- Track retention metrics and report trends to management
Key Qualifications:- A natural closer with a strong background in sales, customer retention, or account management- Comfortable with making outbound calls, objection handling, and persuasive conversations- Driven, organized, and results-oriented with excellent follow-through- A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced office setting
