We are seeking skilled and motivated Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists (Speech - only for pediatrics) to provide therapy services to patients in their home environments. Our patients are currently served under Medicare Part A & B (geriatrics) as well as pediatric cases through OPWDD (no conflict of interest with DOE)
We offer a supportive and collaborative team environment with flexible scheduling options to fit your availability. Therapists receive direct and indirect supervision as needed, along with day and evening support for documentation and clinical questions.
Compensation:
• Geriatric cases: $75–$80 per visit (based on productivity and location)
• Pediatric cases: $85–$90 per visit
