A large manufacturing company is hiring a senior brand designer to work directly under the CMO and take ideas from vision → full execution across all brand touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:
• Turn high-level ideas into fully built, real-world outputs (A–Z execution)
• Be the link between the CMO’s vision and final delivery
• Own and oversee all marketing outputs across the company
• Monitor and ensure all branding stays consistent and on point
• Lead creative direction for packaging, campaigns & trade shows
• Ensure execution is done properly across all teams
What We Need (Must-Have):
• Senior-level experience in branding & design
• Strong hands-on graphic design ability (must be actively skilled in execution, not just direction)
• Proficiency in all major design tools and programs (Adobe Creative Suite and related platforms)
• Proven ability to take a vision and build it into a finished product end-to-end
• Ability to lead a team under him
• Ability to operate in a corporate, multi-team environment
• Highly proactive — constantly identifying gaps and improving brand output
• Hands-on leader who can both execute and guide
