The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Sales Representative focused on growing our security monitoring business. This is a
hands-on role for someone who can generate new business while understanding how monitoring
operations run behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, closing new
accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to service.
What You’ll Do:
-Drive new business for security monitoring services across residential and commercial clients.
-Build and manage a pipeline through outreach, referrals, and networking.
-Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) and present service offerings.
-Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
-Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
-Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to support retention and upsell opportunities.
-Attend industry events and local networking opportunities.
-Report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in security monitoring, alarm systems, or related security services.
-Background that includes both sales and some operational exposure.
-Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a remote schedule.
-Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations teams.
-Ability to commute to Lakewood, NJ at least once per week.
Compensation & Growth:
Based on experience + uncapped commission.
